  1. I really enjoyed your post. I may start writing down the highlights of my week each Friday too. Thank you for the idea and great example. Enjoy your concert of great music and have a peirogie for me!

  2. I love that you have a Friday writing routine – routines create so much comfort!. Including 2 lessons learned = brilliant! I think I’d benefit from reflecting on my lessons learned each week.

  3. I love how you show so much consistency in your writing life. In your weekly reflections you have a wonderful repository of memories and ideas. I’m excited for you to visit 2 National Parks! Which ones did you choose?

    • We are starting off in the Great Smoky Mountains and then heading to Mammoth Cave and ending at one in Ohio that we just added. It will be a great way to kick off summer. I leave the day after school ends!

  4. A pirogi fest…I can sink my teeth into that. I like this format for a Friday because it allows you to look back at the week and see all you accomplished. Three cheers to writing 8 days straight!

  6. Cathy, the five things that brought your sweet smiles made me smile too. I too would like to go and eat some Polish food. Enjoy your weekend!

  8. You know how much I love this! I actually had it for today until I heard the wiggly toes conversation of the radio this morning! 🙂 When are you going to Mammoth Cave? That is kind of…sort of in my neck of the woods!
